stanford CASE STUDY
BASES
The Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students (BASES) is dedicated
to developing and showcasing innovative entrepreneurs throughout Stanford. Each year
they host a startup competition for startups at all stages in various industries such
including Consumer, Medical and Social. Startups present their ideas in front of industry
experts. Past winners include Kiva, Ravel, Boosted, and Biomimedica receiving $100K in
funding and mentorship.
Stanford BASES
With $100K available in total funding each year, the annual Stanford BASES challenge is
an opportunity for startups to compete for funding, mentorship and access to entrepreneurial
development workshops.
