ABOUT US
The Budding Company or simply TBC coaches youth and teenagers about entrepreneurship and help them develop their first commercial venture / product ideas. We offer a nurturing learning, sharing and practice environment for aspiring young people to experience what entrepreneurship is all about with the support of their parents and our coaches.
TBC’s vision is to engender entrepreneurism in young people by opening their minds and thus creating limitless opportunities for themselves now and the future.
Our program is designed by professionals based on their consulting and coaching experience with companies ranging from small to Public Listed Companies from the various industries. The program is designed to teach and impart the necessary skills, knowledge and important aspects about becoming an entrepreneur and starting a small business venture in the right footing to the young people between the age of 17 to 25. Even if they do not at the end of the day wanted to be in business, these learnings will help them to become more competitive within their future employment environment.
