ABOUT US

Mpayy is a secure, commercial grade payments network that will allow users to pay directly from their checking accounts. Mpayy was developed byand is hosted by US Bancorp (NYSE: USB), though the company owns all the intellectual property.

Mpayy serves four primary constituencies through its various accounts:

* Consumers
* Direct Salespeople/Online Sellers
* Internet Retailers
* Charities/Non-Profits

Consumers are served through Mpayy Personal Accounts. Consumers receive 100 free Person-to-Person transfers per month, and 1% Cash Back on all purchase amounts over $50. Consumers can makes payments through Mpayy’s online or mobile sites, widget-supporting social networks, and at checkout on Mpayy’s coming retail partners.

Direct Salespeople/Online Sellers receive Guaranteed Payments and 0% fraud liability. Mobile Merchant rates are $0.20 + 2.00%, and can transact through any of Mpayy’s channels. AVON ladies, tupperware parties, online auction sellers, and taxicabs are potential users of this. According to the Direct Sales Association, there are 14 million sellers doing $30 billion in sales per year.

Internet Retailers receive 0% Fraud Liability and 100% secure payment processing. Transaction fees are 50+% cheaper than credit cards, and integration is very simple through either secure session transfer or an AJAX Checkout window that will simplify checkout. Further, shoppers get instant account opening at checkout, and do not have to provide billing address information for digital content download. Mpayy seeks to improve ecommerce site conversion.

Non-Profits/Charities can use any of channels and Mpayy will waive transaction fees for these donations.
