ABOUT US

Malo Traders is a highly-skilled, cross-cultural and cutting-edge not-just-for-profit
company specializing in the processing, storing, and marketing of rice for small-scale
farmers. Its mission is to alleviate poverty and food insecurity by modernizing the
processing, storing, packaging, and marketing of rice in Mali. Such improvements will
reduce the likelihood of crops perishing and significantly boost the income of farmers.
This will result in increased standards of living, better resource management, and
reduced risks of social and communal unrest due to food insecurity

Our current team consists of diverse, highly-skilled, and educated individuals with a collective experience of over 70 years in academia, corporate America, international organizations, government agencies and non-profits. Our talent pool includes extensive in country knowledge and management know-how combined with a vision and a cogent plan to assist an under-served economic sector, we believe we have the team to accomplish our objectives.
