ABOUT US
Problem & Solution
HVAC systems consist of cooling towers, boilers, heat exchangers and piping, and are prone to four major problems: scaling, fouling, corrosion and bacteria growth. Failing to contain all of the four problems results in increased energy and water consumption, health hazards and a shortened system lifespan.
Our main product, Clean CT-01, addresses these problems in a simple one-stop solution. It dissolves, sequesters, clusters up and filters out impurities. It completely replaces conventional water treatment for HVAC systems.
The Great Little Water Company Asia (GLWCA)
We are the independently acting and autonomous commercialization agent for GLWC (Canadian), the developer of Clean CT-01 . GLWCA hold the rights to market GLWC’s products in Asia and Australia. Our core business activity is to engage in market development in Asia Pacific.
Our activities include direct sales, sales support, logistical management and planning of local operations. We engage regularly with our water expert partners, including the inventor of Clean CT-01, to share knowledge about the product in local market conditions.
Our corporate mission is to strive to provide customers worldwide with more sensible options for water treatment, which combine better environmental performance with improved economics. Our approach to water treatment is envisaged to become future industry standard.
Our core team is of a diverse skill base – from experience in business start-ups and large corporations, project management, technical understanding, marketing and sales.
Our Commercial Viability
Clean CT-01 can treat all water-based air-conditioning systems and boilers. Virtually every building equipped with centralized air conditioning is water cooled. This is typically the case for buildings larger than 10,000m2 built up area.
101 Collins has approximately 100,000m2 of cooled space. Combined chiller capacities of Terminal 1 of Changi International Airport would demand roughly SG$1.8 Million in Clean CT-01 sales per year.
To date we have spent personal funds and time on due diligence, market research, networking and development of a market entry strategy. A pilot project in Kuching, Malaysia has commenced. Direct sales activity has started to initiate initial projects also in Australia and Singapore.
Clean CT-01 is technically superior. It is proven with a track-record of clients that have not stopped using Clean CT-01. Users include JW Marriott, and Hilton hotels in the Vancouver area. The formulation is protected by trade secrets and patent.
The Next Steps
Building on the product success in North America and the commencement of the Malaysia pilot project, we are actively developing relationships that will enable us to deliver an Australian pilot project.
We are seeking to form an informal Advisory Board.
