The project first takes place in Vietnam simply because I am a Vietnamese and I've lived there for 18 years.

This is a project paper dedicated to the Call for paper of the Education Without Borders 2009 conference. The paper is subject to a fixed template with section headlines (overview, needs, target groups, and so on) and a limit of ten pages at maximum.
