This involved integrating, troubleshooting and testing the system deployment. Also, trained the deference operators to effectively use the system.

Description:	Service Activation Company for Broadband and IP Networks, Brisbane. • Worked on packaging and installation of Astracon products and third party products (Oracle 9i and Orbix 2000) on SunOS. Collaborated with colleagues in Denver, CO, USA in order to achieve that. • Developed Java based multi-threaded performance, reliability and scalability tests for Astracon’s two Telecommunications Management products to characterize the system behaviour and find performance problems. Automated the execution, collection and interpretation of the data to facilitate easy analysis of it. This resulted in early detection of system deployment (Verizon in USA) and performance problems. • Represented Astracon (Austrtalia) Pty Ltd at a major Telecommunication Exhibition (“SuperComm 2001”) in Atlanta, USA. Interacted with various representatives of telecommunication providers and explained about Astracon’s product range.

It involved writing design document and implementation. • Enhanced and administered the ClearDDTS defect tracking product used in the department.

Worked as a summer student under Siemens’s SCDP program. • Modified a C programming language based software program for Telstra's National SONET/SDH network Interacted with integration engineers and end customers • Created a Microsoft Access database for the department to automatically generate and track invoices. • Learnt about SONET/SDH telecommunications technology in Telstra’s production environment.
