Ted Wang

Mr. Wang's practice focuses on representation of emerging companies, mature public companies, venture capitalists and investment banks involved in the information technology, Internet and clean technology industries.

For startup companies, Mr. Wang counsels clients on both corporate and intellectual property matters. His corporate practice includes representing companies in founder stock issuances, angel investments and corporate governance matters, and advising companies and venture capitalists in financing transactions. His intellectual property practice includes software licensing, Internet terms, and distribution and development agreements.

For more mature clients, Mr. Wang has worked on a wide range of complex matters including public offerings and corporate governance issues. He has a particular emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, where he has handled numerous transactions for targets and acquirors.

Mr. Wang also represents clean technology companies and investors, and has worked with a wide range of technologies including wind power, biodiesel and clean building materials. He is involved in the Apollo Alliance, an organization devoted to creating a sustainable clean energy economy.
