In collaboration with Paul Farmer’s organization, Partners In Health (PIH), FACE AIDS runs HIV support groups in Rwanda in which members gain income making beaded AIDS pins. We then distribute pins on U.S. campuses in fundraising campaigns and donate proceeds back to PIH to support comprehensive health care and AIDS treatment in Rwanda. Since 2005 we’ve raised over $900,000 and recruited 150 student chapters. |
