I am well traveled, once married with one son who is 16 years of age. Life has taken me around the world in back from east to west, north to south, Europe, Asia, Korea, Iraq, and central America. My experiences in life/educational can contribute to any organization. I am a hard work that is loyal, honest, dedicated to accomplishing things that i set my mind to do. Although I bring a lot to the table, life has taken it's course with me as it has with others, which over the years i learned to take the bad with the good and hope for the good to out weight the bad.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Employer: Brisbane Enetwork Solutions
Position: Real Estate Investor/Developer
Time period: May 2006 - Present
Description: Experience in full on-site land development and construction management; effectively schedule, monitor, and inspect all work from start to customer orientation. Work effectively with architects, engineers, developers, bankers, contractors, inspectors, city officials, decorators, agents, and homebuyers. Managed all finance acquisition, budgeting, and contracting; consulted with architects on design. Researched and selected subdivision lots for custom homes valued up to $1 million. Created real estate investment strategies, which included wholesaling and flipping single-family homes.

Position: Staging Lead-(Contract)
Description: Worked as a staging lead on a Unisys Project for DFAS. Managed technicians and leads. PC building, repair and maintenance. Install and configure all Defense financial software, some Novell, Oracle, Front Page, Microsoft Office product, FTP, Serv-U, Visio, Adobe Photoshop Applications and many more Government Applications/Software. Investigate and resolve computer software and hardware problems. Diagnose hardware and software problems. Setup and migrate data between old and new systems. Description: Worked as a Lead Technician on IBM/Cummings role out for ARC.

Managed the distribution of product between nine other sub companies. Prepared and maintained database documentation, reports, and forms for products and related accounting related data. Manage central warehouse operations of distribution management to include but not limit to receiving, shipping, inspection and storing of assets. Coordinated, and scheduled freight operations between warehouses for transportation by rail to various destinations. Developed and implemented new handling / Storage procedures, providing better overall protection for fragile items received within the warehouse. Restructured warehouse operations / freight distribution reducing man-hours by 20%. PUBLICATIONS

Patents: I am one of the few people in the world who has attempted to turn a luxury BMW 530i E60 into a mad performance machine. The system includes a direct ported WON nitrous system and STS custom Turbo system. It's no much but for me it means a lot of hard work and R & D since no supports nor i had any knowledge at the time.
