Sales: Opened an outlet store "Discounter"; formed business relations with various wholesalers; developed a procurement department independent from the German headquarters (risk sharing partnership models). Sector development: Developed distribution networks in Estonia, Latvia and Finland in co-operation with vendors; started a B2C courier service in co-operation with a vendor (new service on the Estonian market); pressured a vendor to set up Automated Parcel Terminal network (test-run in November 2007); set up plant delivery system in partnership with Bakker Hillegom B.V. (Netherlands). |
