Description: • Founding member of the adCenter Performance Group (APG) supporting internal clients for SEM campaigns on adCenter, Google, and Yahoo;
• Experience working with both medium and premium clients in an SEM role;
• Successfully helped launch Microsoft’s Live Search Cash Back (e-commerce platform/product catalog) campaign; ranging budgets of $500K-$1MM/mo, keyword volume of 7+ million keywords;
• Successfully migrated Orbitz Travel for Live Search (adCenter) from competitor Expedia.com; helped develop detailed account categorization; Rentals, Cruises, Flights, Hotels, Packages, etc, tiered for management efficiency and optimization. Description: • I worked on a products marketing team at Microsoft (Platform Strategy) that was designated to develop and take customer evidence experiences to market using latest interactive media strategies;
• Worked closely with the field and technical account managers to engage with IT professionals in learning about their enterprise experiences of switching from an Open Source or Linux platform to a Microsoft IT solution;
• Developed and executed email blasts informing field and other appropriate stakeholders of our teams marketing programs and migrated that information to our CRM pipelines;
• Built out programmatic processes to take new media to market for interactive projects, including: managing against budgets, meeting tight timelines, and appropriate content approvals;
• I worked with creative agencies to produce third party case studies, developed flash pilot creative, and other new media for products website re-launch;
• Worked to develop streaming video that aligned to the appropriate messaging of our global marketing campaigns, scripting out voice content to ensure messaging alignment, edited b-roll in studio to ensure a well developed product;
• Helped to develop podcasts as a new medium for customer evidence distribution based on published case studies;

Description: • Was a PM for a smaller team, having frequent communication with high profile clients while managing multiple accounts revolving around campaign deployment, SEO, and other organic and paid search strategies.;
• My team consisted of: in-house, copy writer, web dev/designer, and a campaign link strategist deploying proprietary strategy implementation;
• Our team’s focus was to effectively manage enterprise company brands and names of unique individuals online against the big three major search engines, Google, Yahoo, and Live Search;
• Worked with vendors to develop robust custom CRM to manage and house our account profiles, reporting and analytic functions, and other unique functions for the business;
• Primary action items included: developing situation analysis, strategy documents, assisting in project execution, developing specific business process documents, implementing tracking/reporting systems and tools, obtaining approvals on authorized content development and traffic those items appropriately;
• Reported our team’s findings and traction post campaign launch to our clients and key stakeholders;
• Our team participated in customer calls with, their delegated representatives, PR firms, executive assistants and the individuals themselves. These calls were designed to understand the customers online image issues, understand their online perception goals, and set expectation;
