Description: • Invited by the Technology and Environment as an auditor to the SEIAM project, a US$240 million environmental control project, sponsored by BID and other international entities to monitor the environment exploration activities in that state and other states in Legal Amazon. I have created a status report of the project and an implementation proposal targeting the best cost-benefit relationship for database architecture. This report was sent in the beginning of November, 2000.
