Keith started his career at Digital Equipment Corporation programming on VAX/VMS, and was one of the developers of DECmessageQ, the computer industry's first multi-platform messaging middleware. Later at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, he managed million dollar projects and designed and supported LAN/WAN/Server infrastructures for several facilities in Raleigh NC. Because of a long history with Linux (0.99pl3 circa 1992), He became Red Hat employee #121 as a Linux developer and team leader of the Linux High Availability Server product.
Keith has a passion for applying technology and have been a presence on the Internet longer than there have been web sites, Linux, or Google. It's no coincidence that his career covers everything from software development to infrastructure creation to management. He wanted to understand it all.
Currently Keith is very active in social media and Internet publishing technology.
