Juan P. Casimiro began his education career in 1987 after closing his first business in New York City. Now with more than twenty years of experience as a public speaker, entrepreneur, educator, coach and mentor, Casimiro specializes in building individual and organizational strength from within. His teaching of Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Coaching Sessions, Personal Development Programs, and Non-Profit Organization Development workshops are known for the immediate enthusiasm they generate and the long-term benefits that flow from them.

Throughout his extensive career and as President of Insight, Casimiro has been actively engaged in creating and delivering effective entrepreneurship, financial literacy, sustainability and developmental programs for youth and adults throughout the USA, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Casimiro is also known for his passion and dedication to service. He is actively engaged in community and charitable contributions to society by serving as a Big Brother to 3 Miami elementary school children. He serves as Chairman for the Dominican American National Foundation, the International Business Committee for Doral Business Council, and Chairman/Founder of the Casimiro Foundation, a youth development organization that helps fund college scholarships, global exchange internships and social ventures in marginalized communities in Developing Nations. Casimiro is Co-Founder of Alpha Psi Lambda, the first national coed Hispanic Fraternity in the USA. He is also a Partner/Volunteer for: Miami Dade Public Schools, National Academy Foundation, Broward County Schools Partner Program and AOIT. Previous directorship roles include New York’s Empowerment Zone.

Among those to have recognized Casimiro for excellence are Miami-Dade Partners, AMPS Institute, NFTE, the Social Science Department/Honors College at Miami Dade College, FBLA, Miami Council for International Visitors, ITESM, Alpha Psi Alpha Fraternity, Academy of Information Technology and the US Embassy in Argentina, Honduras, El Salvador and Venezuela.

To compliment his extensive body of work, Casimiro co-authored several books including, Growing A Business: A Student Start-Up Guide; Silver Bullets: 50 Games and Activities to Shoot Out Boredom; and authored Making It! A Teen’s Guide to Turning Your Hobbies, Skills and Dreams into Entrepreneurial Success. His work also appears on numerous print media, Internet, audio and newscasts.

Casimiro serves as Vice President for various education and training organizations in the United States, including Global Educational Technologies (GET) and the Magic Wand Foundation. Casimiro holds an MS Degree in Education (City University of New York, 1989), a BSSW Degree (Ohio State University, 1986) and FastTrac Business Program Certification (Columbia University’s School of Business, 1990).
