Description:	I provided business analysis, business process re-engineering, requirements definition and documentation, and helped the bio-technical customer with a build vs. buy analysis for a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). I successfully assisted the organization to re-engineer their methodologies to a company standard and increased the levels of communication within the company.

Description:	I served the principals of this web site design company by developing strategic marketing plans to obtain contracts in various business markets. I was also responsible for establishing customer contact, negotiating the terms of contractual work, and managing the client relationships. Within six months, I successfully negotiated contracts with two Nashville-based country music labels for new web sites to support upcoming artists.

Description:	My responsibilities included resource planning and management of SARAF’s QA Team, including billable as well as internal testing efforts. I participated in proposal work, specifically networking and proposal writing, partnership negotiations with tool vendors, and provided operational support for SARAF. I automated SARAF’s timesheet within Excel and was successful in implementing and maintaining the company’s timesheet administration process.

Description:	I served two primary roles for Intelix. The first was as a consultant for a major international telecommunications client, where I served as the project lead for multiple development projects. My secondary role was to improve the software development processes within Intelix. I successfully developed a framework and process asset repository, based on Carnegie Mellon’s SW-CMM, including templates for key process documents and processes, etc. to support Intellix’ full software development lifecycle.

Description:	I served as the team lead and customer liaison in the design and development of several web-based, intranet applications for a major domain name registrar. My responsibilities included business process analysis, requirements elicitation and management, database design, system analysis and design, and object analysis and design for enterprise-level object classes. I was the project manager for an enterprise-level effort to track and manage resource-loaded networks and to provide a drill-down of related information. My responsibilities included requirements elicitation and management, database design, system analysis and design, and management of a software development team distributed across four geographic locations. I developed an estimation procedure focused on sizing ASP work products, which I presented to other corporate organizations within SAIC. This was a voluntary effort to provide insight into the sizing and costing of software projects using recent system architecture. I served as a task lead and the primary client interface for a highly complex component of the billing system for a major railroad. My responsibilities included requirements elicitation and management, database design, application design and development, and software testing. I was requested by the client to be the primary point of contact during the IV&V phase of the software product(s) delivered. I also worked on a web-based project for a national insurance company. With no prior Java experience, I developed an object class to perform simple credit card validation and an object class for double-blind encryption within approximately 1 month.

Description:	I was a development project team member of the Integrated Contracts Management System. I was responsible for maintaining and updating several applications, including structural and logical database modifications to meet customer requirements. I was responsible for the data analysis and conversion of meteorological observation data for the Southern Oxidants Study and Data Archive from text file into a relational database format.
