Spinal surgery & new priorities led Deborah Barham Smith to relocate; she is now utilisse her PR experience, interest in business growth & NLP to offer specialist training in networking skills.
She says, “Self development, a passion of mine, is why the Kintish system caught my attention. Launching DBS Training is down to having experienced a Will Kintish training workshop; I went home feeling compelled to contact him because of some vague connection. That synchronicity resulted in my buying a franchise to deliver the Kintish system”. Delivering networking techniques to companies or individuals, this system instils confidence, so maximising performance at networking events; this in turn develops long term business relationships. Another essential element of the Kintish ethos is a requirement for net-workers to have fun, and enjoy using their skills. “I am delighted to be helping various Universities because it is so rewarding to see just how much value the students take from the workshops; this sets them up not only to give better interviews, to have more to offer their first employers, but to learn how to meet potential clients and network effectively with confidence.
