Description: Start-up company which offers senior citizen services (education, leisure and travel) in China, by means of a network of Life Institutes (www.pinetree.com.cn).
• Prepared detailed financial model for the expansion of the business across China in the next five (5) years, in preparation for the forthcoming Series A funding round (USD 3-5 million).
• Researched new business development opportunities, including franchising/licensing and new content development. Updated the company's business plan accordingly.
