Increased revenue by reducing faulty transmissions by 30% in the first year and by a further 50% the following year. Devised and applied measurement systems to control and improve performance of sales. Led a team which developed web based sales system and worked with I.T. department to ensure successful conformance with the firm’s internal systems. Marketed and promoted the system to Televisa’s clients, 84% of whom subsequently switched to this method. This reduced average transaction time from two hours to less than five minutes and significantly improved the interaction between the company and its clients. |
