The ACM advertising platform connects advertisers with the right buyers at the right place at the right time. “ACM Connect” produces a targeted delivery and results in more transactions for the advertiser. Our reporting provides advertisers with a deeper set of analytics that produce greater relevancy and a higher ROI. ACM is currently targeting the hospitality industry – including both business and leisure travelers with delivery through hotel kiosks and mobile devices. We are moving into other markets and will be announcing partnerships in new verticals including tourist attractions and universities shortly.

Over one hundred of Yahoo’s products and 23 countries are hosted on help.yahoo.com. • Content management and publishing system to deliver Yahoo’s corporate information such as privacy policies, terms of service, and security information. The company information site can be viewed at info.yahoo.com. • Knowledge Base application that encompasses three systems to index various types of content for searching by an agent. This application is used by Yahoo’s global outsourcing partners. • E-Learning system used by Yahoo’s technical support division to create and host training material for agents, world-wide. • Internal Drupal information site that hosts customized versions of Drupal and Drupal modules, specific to Yahoo (called YDrupal). Packages are hosted on this site for any Yahoo engineer to easily install the YDrupal platform in their environment. |

Engineering project manager playing a key role in managing technical projects for developing software libraries to build APIs that interface with internal Yahoo applications. Worked with the company’s global software security team to develop & maintain Yahoo’s single-sign-on authentication system. Responsibilities included creation of technical specifications, design & development of GUI, and maintenance of current system. Network security engineering contact for over 60 Yahoo product engineers, both locally and worldwide. Project manager and application administrator for all internal Yahoo applications (130+), supporting over 5500 agents. Worked closely with product engineering teams in the design and implementation of code changes, company-wide. Played a key role as a telecom engineer in architecting and maintaining reporting schemes for various offices around the company, including: Product engineering, Information Technology, Business Development, and global Tech Support. Reporting platform constructed using Perl DBI. Interviewed full-time & contracted personnel. Architect and maintainer of the following applications:
