| Description: | Russian TOP-10 fashion shoes company. Over 50 shops spread over Russia (around 25 in Moscow). I have a role of system architect in the project of ERP implementation. I have to deal with IT director and chiefs of other divisions to fulfill our IT strategy with the appropriate ERP system functionality.

Also there several offices in Eastern Europe (CZ, PL, HN, etc.) All these Axapta projects give the business a big advantage in the Logistics area (Distribution and Supply Chain Management), and I participated a lot to make all these installations work. I wasn’t a project manager from the beginning, and my responsibility was more on the post-production period, but it was a huge work to organize our support and development office. Now I’ve been working for 3 months only, but I hope my job on the post-production development would be done in 3-6 months on all the installations. |

The biggest project I managed with the budget over 5.000.000 and a team sometimes was over 12 people. The project concentration was mainly over finance. The project was very interesting, and we made a big progress, but unfortunately due to the crisis the project was delayed and I left the company. Team – 3-6 consultants and 2-9 programmers (depending on the stage). |

| Description: | Project manager on the Axapta implementation in the headquarters and three factories of the Sucden Group in Moscow (Dobrinsky, Tbilissky and Kamensky sugar factories).
The main project was an expenses control system (cash-flow budgeting, purchase control, agreements control as one integrated system) realized in Axapta. It gives the possibility to control every expense, link it with the budget and cost center, review and sign them all the documents electronically within the system from any point in the world. First it was developed and implemented in one factory. After the full success I was asked to do it on the two others. This project was a part of big renovation, involving works on HRM and production. It gave me an understanding of IT department role in the reingeneering of the business and experience in interacting with the different departments and directors to make things work. According to my position I had to take care of the Axapta teams both on the factories and Moscow, including specialists from external consulting companies. The overall team is around 12 people. |

Acting as development leader (senior developer) in a floor building engineering supervision company with the turnover >100M $. Modules: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inventory management, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Basic, HRM and self-developed modules (lending non-residential premises). Full development leading in the main project implemention period. Duties in Axapta deployment, team management, configuring and maintaining an Axapta application, managing databases, making architecture decisions, interacting with the project manager, consultant leader, IT director of the customer. Solutions for integration with the Client-Bank, 1С, PlanDesigner, Lotus interprise portal. - Axapta project in holding group MCFR: close corp. MCFR-Consulting, SEI MCFR, publishing house MCFR. Axapta developer on an inner project in a big holding group MCFR, including a dozen of companies. A various tasks on implementing of management, business and tax accounting. CRM project for exhibition center. Solutions for integration with the PlanDesigner and self-made business software. Modules: General Ledger, Inventory management, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Basic, CRM. - Business software development project in public corporation “Moskapstroy”. Delphi 5.0, MS SQL developer on a business software development project “Circulation of documents and cash-flows”. Functional development, training staff and maintaining facilities. |
