Venture Cup Southern Denmark

Venture Cup is for anyone connected to a university or a higher education institution in this region who has a good idea. All ideas are appraised by a professional jury, rather than by academic staff, that provides all ideas with lengthy feedback from a market perspective. This expert feedback is a valuable tool in developing your idea, regardless of whether you proceed to start your own company.

Stage 1 of the competition is currently running and the winners will be found shortly. Everyone, regardless of previous engagement, is invited to participate in the second stage where you have to develop your Business Idea into a 10-20 page Business Plan. Deadline is in early May 2009, and we'll have extensive workshops assisting you on the way ...

  Once again congratulations to all participants - I know for most of you it was very hard work, and I hope you are aware it is a big thing just to attend in a competition like this!
  
  It was a very very close race for reaching the Final! The overall quality was very high this year, and many of my personal favourites didn't make it so far - BUT myself and my successor Michael Mandrup will get back to you in the nearest future with more feedback on your ideas and how you could make the next step. Remember you can always contact us if you want help or if you want assigned a coach to your team.
  
  I hope many of you will take the opportunity to participate in the Final, meet the others and the Venture Cup Network.
