  • 3. Technology Venture Conference

Want to meet with potential new investments and network with other
    professionals and internationally renowned VCs?
Then the Technology Ventures Conference (TVC) is the event for you! Featuring showcases of fresh, exciting technologies and providing unparalleled networking opportunities, the TVC 2008 is certainly one conference not to be overlooked.
The Cambridge University Technology and Enterprise Club (CUTEC) hosts the TVC event in June on an annual basis to enhance entrepreneurial spirit amongst academics and facilitate interaction between industry experts, investors and students.

This year, the TVC is taking place on 12th June in The University Arms Hotel, Cambridge from 8:45am through to 5:30pm and will feature keynote speakers Garret Camp (co-founder & chief product officer, StumbleUpon), Michael Liebreich (founder & CEO, New Energy Finance) and Peter Hartzbech (co-founder & CEO, iMotions) and 3 stimulating panel discussions: ‘The Future of Biofuels’, ‘Personalised Medicine’ and ‘What’s beyond Web 2.0’. The conference also includes a showcase session of the latest technologies in the respective areas by companies requesting to take part.
Interested in attending or demonstrating your technology in the show case session? Visit www.cutec.org for more information and to register. We’ll look forward to meeting you there for what will quite possibly be, the most enterprising networking opportunity of the year.
This year the TVC is part of Enterprising Cambridge. This is a series of events from 11th June to 13th June, all of which promote enterprise in the Cambridge area.
The aim is to inspire novice entrepreneurs, raise awareness of activities in Cambridge and generally bring together a rich mix of individuals. For more information visit www.enterprisingcambridge.com or www.cutec.org.
