The William James Foundation has announced 8 competitions that together provide $100,000 in cash and in kind support for sustainable entrepreneurs. Entrants can be of any age or from anywhere in the world. First round deadline is December 4th. Details at: www.williamjamesfoundation.org/press.
If you are free on the evening of 27 May, and in Melbourne Australia, we have an AGSE Alumni Assoc. ideas and networking going on.
It would be great to catch up.
This event will be quite relaxed, and a good chance to meet current students, past students, and some academics. It seems we may have a lot of our extended network people attending.
I will like to invite all AGSE students and alumni to the Melbourne University Entrepreneurship Challenge MUEC 2009. Registration is open until 26th March. Please visit www.muec.mbs.edu for more info of how to enter

Hi and welcome to everyone who joins this group. Our membership from the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship is varied, covering those involved in post-graduate courses either focused on entrepreneurship such as the Master of Entrepreneurship & Innovation. However our members also are from the AGSE areas of M. Management Strategic Foresight (Futures), Global Leadership, International Business, HR,Mkg, Philanthropy etc. The AGSE is part of the Business Faculty at Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia.
Geographically we have many overseas members, particularly in Asia, the UK/EU and Israel, and our staff and academics are also members of our Association - many of whom are themselves entrepreneurs and running businesses or social improvement projects. See the AGSE at www.swin.edu.au/agse
